This message targets personnel, administrative, disbursing, transaction service centers, and regional support centers regarding current personnel, pay, and transportation issues for both active and reserve personnel. 2. FY-24 Cyber Security Awareness Training Requirement. Reference (a) provided guidance for the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY-24) Cyber Awareness Challenge (CAC) training requirement. The FY-24 CAC training requirement is a prerequisite for system access for all BUPERS Information Technology (IT) systems and Applications, which includes but not limited to: NMCI, BOL, OMPF, C-WAY, NSIPS, NP2, WINIATS and eCRM/Salesforce. 3. New Systems Access. In accordance with guidance issued by BUPERS Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) all new systems access requests received by the appropriate systems access action office on, or after October 15, 2023 must have completed FY-24 CYBER SECURITY AWARENESS training. All requests that cannot adequately document FY-24 CAC training will not be adjudicated. 4.
